Karen Chrzanowski is Head of Capability Development at BP, where she is responsible for establishing best practices, tools, and skills in sales, marketing, retail operations, and customer service. Karen has deep technical skills in change management, performance improvement, consulting, and solution design. Karen has led large HR teams and has ample experience in labor, learning & development, talent management, and HR operations. She was responsible for designing and building BP's Sales & Marketing Academy and has negotiated three labor contracts.
