Many years ago I was working at a county Prosecutor's Office in the Victim Witness Unit. I was working specifically with victims of domestic abuse. I loved what I was doing. As someone with personal experience of this issue, I’m sure I was able to share my experience in a positive way with a deeper understanding and compassion than most. Working with people who were not ready to make any changes became very discouraging for me emotionally and physically, so I started to research other vocations were I would be able to help those who wanted it.

I found out about life coaching through internet research and I was enchanted. At that time I was a single parent of two children and I was far from making a large salary, so my own blocks to moving forward were evident. I had already experienced living life on the edge; through my own behavior of defiance and addictions, I lived a vast and varied experience, and learned more than any classroom or textbook could teach. I always knew in the back of my mind that coaching was what I was meant to do. In the early 2000’s I was introduced to a spiritual community and began to understand the belief system known as the Law of Attraction.

It has taken many years, many classes and my own devastating medical condition to bring me to where I am today. I have a vibrant, active Life Coach Practice through which I share my wisdom on how to overcome diversity, my strength through affirmative and positive actions, and my hope through compassion for all living things. Besides doing one-on-one coaching, I provide this wisdom, strength and hope via workshops, seminars and speaking engagements.

One area I am deeply passionate about is working with heart surgery patients. As I mentioned above, I experienced a devastating medical condition that took three open-heart surgeries in a period of fourteen months to resolve, two within ten days of each other! This life-changing experience I now know, was the power of something greater than myself preparing me for the compassion and expertise I have to support and encourage others to reach their highest potential.
