Karen Foerch

I've been a teacher for nine years. I began teaching in 2004 at Cahuilla Elementary School, working with 4th and 5th graders. For the past three years, my class has been a part of a 24/7 laptop program. I am now serving as one of Palm Springs Unified School Disrtict's Instructional Technology TOSAs. I love using technology in the classroom and supporting other teachers to do so as well.

I live in the San Bernardino mountains just outside of Big Bear with my family. I have a son, recently graduated from high school, and two daughters, still in high school.

Beyond my teaching credential, I have earned my certificate in Technology Integration as well as Leading Edge Blended Learning Certification. I am currently working toward National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers (NETS-T) certification.
