With an academic training in physical education and health, the transition from teaching to holistic healing was an easy one for me. Immersed in the world of subtle energy healing, I learned to expand my approach to health and wellness the same way Eastern doctors have done for millennia, by recognizing the interconnectivity of the body, mind and soul.

As an Integrative Holistic Health Practitioner, I employ modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu and Reiki that allow my clients to explore the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of their being and make deep, life enhancing transformations.

Drawing on my skills as a physical education specialist, I also design movement programs for aerobic and strength conditioning as well as Pilates and Qi Gong. Whether in one-to-one sessions or small group classes, clients’ individual needs are addressed and programs are tailored to accommodate those needs. With an eye on the larger picture and a holistic approach to wellness I facilitate my clients in having a larger perspective as they move toward achieving their wellness goals.

Walking in both the world of Western scientific approach to health, and the Eastern esoteric approach to the human experience, I see myself as a bridge between these two worlds. My mission is to make the wisdom of both approaches accessible to all so that each person is able to experience their fullest expression of wellness.

I am available to work with you in private sessions, small groups, and employee wellness programs. I am also available as a consultant to medical and corporate institutions to assist them in providing the more holistic approach to health that society is now demanding. Contact me if you would like to be a part of this evolution in health care.
