Karen Hellier is a freelance non-fiction writer. She writes for private clients, non-profit agencies, and various online websites and blogs. Her favorite pieces involve telling people's stories.

Karen has a bachelor's degree in social work and a master's degree in child welfare. Karen has worked in the social services field with children in a variety of positions for over 30 years. Deciding to follow her dream of writing, she became a freelance writer in 2012 and has never looked back.

Since 2012, Karen has enjoyed writing for clients including various businesses, non-profit social service agencies, real estate professionals, and for private blog owners. She has also enjoyed writing her own blog. Karen has recently begun work on her first book.

A move from New England to North Georgia in 2014 helped Karen continue to follow her passion for saving money when she discovered wonderful thrift stores in the Atlanta area, bought items to sell on eBay, and started a blog about her adventures. Karen has a passion for writing and also for helping people earn money from home. Her blog," Thrift Shopping for eBay" helps fuel her passion in both areas. If you are interested in selling on eBay stop by her blog. The link to the blog is the first icon on the left at the bottom of this page.

Karen is also an avid coupon user and often writes about saving money.

Please feel free to contact Karen for your non-fiction writing needs, which include articles, reviews, interviews, blog posts, copy writing and ghost writing.
