Each instructor brings a unique set of skills to students. We offer several styles of yoga, Gentle, Beginners, Vinyasa, Reiki, Yoga for Veterans, Yoga for Scoliosis, Barre Fusion class, and workshops. All practices conclude with deeprelaxation and meditation and we continue to train so you can receive the best instructionin Virginia. All are welcome.
