Karen Kawadza, 18 is the founder of Eminent Youth Journal, a socio-cultural editorial which advocates change and empowers revolutionary creatives.

Karen was born in Zimbabwe and raised in Manchester. Her time spent in Johannesburg, South Africa between 2013-2015, set in stone her love for culture and her aspiration to be a voice for under represented young people. One of her many passions is to rid of the stereotypes aligned with people in third world countries and to unify young people by highlighting their similarities more than their differences.

Karen is motivated by the digital age of which she believes makes it possible to break down communication barriers between diverse communities. As the editor of Eminent Youth Journal, Karen aims to draw more attention to the emerging conscious renaissance.
