Karen Lockwood

My favorite role is being a mom: of a daughter who is now married (to an awesome man) & a son who is in college. I was a single mom during most of their growing up years, and with God's help and provision, it is my best accomplishment. I love people, and have always been in a profession that allows me to help people--first as a nurse, currently as a nurse educator, and am now moving into what I believe is the next phase in my life of helping people as an entrepreneur. I love Jesus. I enjoy working out, although I don't get it in as often as I would like. I unwind by playing with my dogs (2 Labs), relaxing with a good book, and spending time with my children and my friends.
