Karen has been in the sports industry as a cheerleading coach since she was 19. She has started her own cheerleading academy since 2010 to provide coaching, consultancy and entertainment services to schools, corporate companies and organizations. She's a firm believer in adding values to her students and clients and have been interviewed by many news media such as Channel News Asia on her cheerleading coaching experience and accomplishments over the years as well.

Since there, she has been building an extensive network with people from all walks of life through her work and have decided to embark on a new journey to building her own business career in the property industry. In which, she has made a decision to be under Singapore's Largest Property Agency - ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd and joined her mentor, Kevin Lim - who is the founder of Preeminent Group - Worldwide #1 in commission and sales team in ERA 2015.

She strongly believes that being under a great mentor and a great company giving the best training that she needs for her business, she will definitely be able to give her clients the best advices in handling their properties.

Despite of latest cooling measures that have slowed down the property market, she managed to come in 1st Runner-Up as a New Achiever in Preeminent Group in January 2015 - less than 2 months into this business.

She believes speed is key and constantly being updated and well-trained about the current market helps her clients to achieve the best desired results in the shortest time.
