Karen Pinckney

Karen Pinckney is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School where she majored in Business Administration and Marketing. She is the founder of a small business marketing and branding firm, Concepts For Success, LLC. Concepts For Success is a for profit, Certified Woman and Minority owned Business enterprise. The firm is responsible for the design and organization of the Future Counts, a Financial Literacy Initiative for children K-12 and their parents. Ms. Pinckney grew up in North Philadelphia; where she as well as her family attended public schools in the area. She has a long standing commitment to the North Philadelphia community. The Future Counts is Ms. Pinckney's vision for sustaining the neighborhood where she was nurtured to succeed. Her plan is to expand the financial literacy program to support adults and seniors and to develop the Future Counts into a nonprofit foundation offering support to diverse economic development projects in North Philadelphia and other communities.
