Karen Pinckney is a systems-driven educational leader and strategist dedicated to pioneering sustainable organizational infrastructure in education. As the Founder and Executive Director of Future Counts OS™, she champions "EQ Leadership Infrastructure"—an innovative framework designed to integrate emotional intelligence into systemic educational design, directly addressing teacher burnout and capacity limitations.

With over 12 years of hands-on experience within the Philadelphia school system, Karen pairs her deep, practical understanding of educational environments with an elite foundation in large-scale operational management. Her expertise in navigating complex organizational frameworks is backed by a decade of experience at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where she served as a project coordinator managing high-level operations, logistics, and capital project coordination. This unique background gave her a masterclass in driving efficiency across demanding, highly structured institutions, allowing her to bridge the gap between rigorous operational strategy and human-centered systemic design.

An alumnus of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Karen also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Lincoln University. By blending corporate financial acumen, rigorous operational logistics, and deep educational insights, Karen is redefining how school systems support their educators and students—transforming systemic design into an actionable, operationally sound reality.
