Artist, professor and mentor by profession, coffee conissuer, interior decorator, animal lover and philosopher in my spare time, I am eternally curious. I am drawn to human nature, the environment in which we live and life's many ponderings. After a decade in New York City as a professional dancer and choreographer, I am rooted back in my "hometown" of Alexandria, VA. The many years I have spent as a coach and teacher have led me down a new road in the creation of my blog: life: following the muse. I believe that all of us posess an inner muse who guides us to our greatest potential, happiness and fulfillment...if we only will listen!
