Karen Ricks Founder of Treasure Vows International a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and a member of the Marriage and Family Network received her Evangelism licenses under Bishop Clarence Russell Jr. Mount Carmel Baptist Church Norfolk, VA and is a member of St Paul Baptist Church Suffolk Virginia under the leadership of Bishop Clarence Russell III where she is pursuing her ministerial licenses. Karen Ricks believe that marriages can be saved and can survive in today’s time families can be healed and brought together. Helping singles to live according to the word of God showing that it’s ok to wait on God until God sends them their mate.
