Karen is one of the chosen certified ShopeeXperts Trainers out of 400+ applicants for 2021 batch and has thought thousands of sellers specialising in optimising listing via Copywriting and SEO.

Karen decided to be a Netpreneur over 2 years ago. Leaving behind her corporate HR life in Australia to be with her family in Malaysia.

Starting a clean slate, being in a male dominated industry, Karen also had no e-commerce selling experience. However, Karen successfully scaled up her business within the first year and being invited as a Priority Seller. Karen is a strong believer in converting great service and operational excellence into sales.

With Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Advanced Master Degree in Human Resources Management along with over 10 years experience under her belt, she developed the passion in learning and development arena. She enjoys facilitating sessions in building leader's capabilities and empowering women.

She believes that nothing is impossible if you allow yourself to be curious, keep learning, and remain resilient.
