Karhrman Ziegenbein

Karhrman Ziegenbein is the CEO and Co-Founder of Toonari, a global leader in Social Media Discovery, Web Collection, Digital Evidence Preservation & Open Source Intelligence. Toonari is a Cyber & Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Agency focused on identifying, preserving, obtaining, analyzing and ultimately illustrating social media and open source evidence for a wide range of clients. His firm has successfully supported many foreign and domestic homicide, fraud and organized crime cases by applying their tools, technology and open source intelligence strategies and techniques.

Prior to launching Toonari, Karhrman held executive positions at Razorfish, Microsoft and Nelnet. His extensive experience encompasses more than 15 years of Digital Media, Data Mining, Analytics and Machine Learning expertise. Some of the complex work he accomplished include building and driving the digital vision for numerous lines of businesses, evaluating, negotiating, purchasing and implementing Display, Search & Analytics platforms, develop logical data models and complex processes and evaluate algorithmic modeling platforms. The list goes on and on.

As part of his role as CEO, Karhrman travels to share his expertise on a global stage, serving as a panelist, speaker, presenter and program chair at symposiums and conferences throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

He currently teaches and advises firms of all industries on how to deploy technologies and techniques developed by the intelligence community that help to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace. He also trains Law Enforcement, Legal Experts, Government Organizations and Corporations on techniques for deploying Social Media Discovery, Web Collection, Digital Evidence Preservation and Open Source Intelligence strategies.

Karhrman was born and raised in Germany and later served in the military as a combat medic at the Joint Medical Service in the Armed Forces of Germany. He speaks German and English fluently and currently resides in Petersburg, FL with his family. Karhrman is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg and serves a 3year term on the Board of Directors.
