I am currently a Senior at the University of Central Florida. I am majoring in Business Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship. I plan to graduate in December 2014.

I have a passion for baking and cake decoration. It started when I made my sister her graduation cake. Having only tinkered in cake decoration before, and never anything serious, I was greatly surprised by the success I encountered with my sisters cake. This caused me to pursue training in cake decoration. I am taking classes offered by Wilton at a local craft store.

I also love to cook. Most days you will find me in the kitchen whipping something up for my boyfriend or my friends and family. I love to experiment and see what delicious concoctions I can come up with.
