I am a wife, a mom to five children, and a busy business owner. My life could not be more satisfying.

In my personal time, I enjoy relaxing with a cup of hot tea and a reading a book to my children. My favorite place is the beach. There is no sound, smell, or feeling that brings this great of a sense of peace to me. I love bike riding, walking on the beach, and hiking in the mountians to discover some hidden waterfall.

I teaching classes on how to live a vibrant life by eating the right kinds of food and using non-toxic, chemical free ways to handle lifes challenges and daily needs. I sell plant based, raw, certified organic super foods and essential oils to give healthy options for reaching their desired goals. This career path is fueled by an unrelenting passion to help people regain their health and live life more abundantly.
