Kari Grace
Kari passionately desires to speak to her generation through the written word. Leaving fruit that remains. She loves her God with wild abandon, along with her guy Andy, her two biggest blessings Alee and Sara, and also water, horses, lighthouses, photography, laughter, creative people, Mexican food, snow skiing, dark chocolate, reading in a hammock on cool spring days, and, of course, writing. She lives in North Carolina, with her cat Shekinah but she invites you to stop by karigraceplace.com, to share your comments - she loves visitors!
A word from Kari -
I'm radical, and I admit it. I know my non-negotiables - do you? I enjoy doing a lot of things, some outdoor, some indoor. Snowboarding and windsurfing I haven't tried yet – they're on my bucket list. I'm finally free to be me, and it's totally AWESOME! I'm a tomboy and I know it! Everywhere I look I see life lessons. Got this bad habit of being a people watcher. They never cease to amaze me. I appreciate the gift of humour, fun people who love life. As I've always said, at 5 foot 3 inches tall I'm way too short to be boring! I know you're a fool to judge a book by the cover; you miss great opportunities to meet amazing people. Met one of them on a beach. I love to write, especially YA. High School ain't what it used to be, that's fer sure! My pastor says that being a fruit inspector isn't judging, just examining the facts. I tend to agree. Cref says if you let people talk long enough they'll reveal what's in their heart - I've found this to be true. So I look for character traits - they speak volumes. It's no fun to be tested in the fire but it's so worth it. My Father constantly amazes me at how strong He seems to think I am... what you see is not what used to be. I still remember life BC (Before Christ). Since I'm from across the pond, miscommunication is a constant for me and I admire those who can work things out. I love horses, always wanted to own one; hasn't happened yet but I'm far from dead so I'm too not worried. Not good particularly good at cooking or gardening though - didn't inherit those from my mother. Even been known to occasionally kill green things. Just don't tell. And you may not enjoy my cooking too much but you wouldn't starve either... just ask my kids...
I pray that you know and love the One who put the stars in place with His fingers and considered you worth dying for. K
