There's a lot to me, but most importantly I'm a wife and a mother - those two things come first!

I'm very blessed to be able to work in an industry that I have a passion for - FITNESS! I've been working in the fitness industry since 2002, starting as a Group Fitness Instructor for 24 Hour Fitness. In 2007 I became a Certified Personal Trainer and in 2008 my husband and I started our own fitness business as a Team Beachbody Coaches - Moore Fitness Consulting.

I've always had a passion for fitness - I can remember as a young girl working out to my mom's Jane Fonda VHS tapes (remember those?). But, along with my interest in fitness, I was also an overweight child. I come from a short, round family. Food was used as a way to comfort and to celebrate. My biggest challenge as a child was portion control. Luckily I had a mother who was very in tune with my challenges - she suggested, over a summer break, that we both join Jenny Craig to lose weight. And we did! I'm very thankful that my mom recognized that I needed help to make a change, a change that has lasted me a lifetime!

My passion for fitness has lead me to pursue a career in the fitness industry, which is why I became a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and finally a business owner - I have a passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals. My goal as a Beachbody Coach is to provide you with the support, motivation and accountability you need to make positive and healthy changes to your life. In addition, I can show you ways you can turn your fitness into a profit by taking control of your Financial Fitness!

Let's face it - most people you know are looking for two things to improve the quality of their lives: - Better Health - Financial Security. As a Beachbody Coach, I train individuals on how to improve their health and their financial situation. Each day I show people how they can take control of their future, and I will do the same for you!

I will help you set goals, and reach them, by providing you the training and support you need to be successful! I look forward to working with you and am excited for the journey you are about to embark on!
