Hello, I’m Karin.

I am an international sustainability expert, working for corporations as well as in the field of academic education, believing in the power of good relationship, collaboration and inclusive partnerships.

Since 2016 I’m academic program director of the postgraduate masterprogram ‘Sustainability & Responsible Management’ adding a short course on 'Sustainable Finance' in 2020. I lecture at various Universities of Applied Sciences on Corporate Sustainability & Innovation, Stakeholder Communication and Engagement, and Circular Economy.

As board member of the Global Compact Network Austria I put great effort in promoting an all-level systemic change towards a sustainable development of society.

I am founder and managing director of csr and communication, a specialized consultancy in the field of Corporate Sustainability and Responsible Business, Stakeholder Relationship Management & Communications for clients worldwide, and member of the Society for Business Ethics and respACT-austrian business council for sustainable development.

My special focus are activities for the promotion of circular economy and the support of critical stakeholder groups, enabling collaboration for partnerships for the transformation to a sustainable society.

I co-led a research group on Circular Systems at Bertalanffy Center for the Study of Systems Science in Vienna since 2017 and became a Member of the Board when we initiated www.circulareconomyforum.com in 2020, in which I'm holding the position of the Director. The Forum is aming a connecting international decision makers and innovators of relevant areas in economy, science, politics and society to exchange experiences and for cross-border collaboration - for a shared vision of systemic change for a better world.
