Karina accomplished her education in psychology in Jakarta. Her interest in the world of development grows while she was in university, worked for some development projects together with GIZ . At the same time, she developed her skill in photography and joined Studio 51, a photography club in her university.

Over the time Karina has worked for development programs, including with European Union, EKONID, PLAN International, Ministry of Public Work and some other programs. Her main role was a project officer, coordinator and consultant in special areas such as environment, water & sanitation, gender & inclusion, education and sustainability.

Currently she work for Nestle Global Program as a national program coordinator and with her two best friend she build a startup company, ANU, a creative agency with a specialty in development work projects.

On her spare time, you can find her strolling around the city with her camera, drowning in a fabric market, manager-ing a quirky local indie band or cooking and enjoying some good coffee she brought from her travels.
