ON THE PERSONAL SIDE Married, kids, passionate about the environment, social issues and generally, happiness. I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. ON THE PROFESSIONAL SIDE I'm now getting known as a 'Spice Girl' once more. Far from the pop band's choreographies, but as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I transitioned to the practice of Ayurveda to work with all people and ages and help people transition to this strong and wonderful way of living that works along side Western medicine like a perfect puzzle.
