I work as an independent consultant in the full scope of HR and (social) innovation. Interaction between people and in organizations is my strong side. I have learned to facilitate, shape and organize the process around collaboration and the best way to work together on all levels. In my opinion, participation and digital innovation is essential here.

It feels good to grow and develop in different ways, from doing, training, feeling and experiencing life. This process never stops. I always wanted to write and then the moment was there: I started writing blogs. I blog and write articles about E-Health, social media and innovations in cure&care for some federations and networking partners in E-Health and Patient Care (NPCF, NFK, Digitale Zorggids, NCZ). And I write about my life as an independent contractor for Mugweb.nl. Never a dull moment! It's fun to write, I love it.

It all works well, because I know how to network and find information in social media and (social) networks and communities, international to local. I also travel a lot, I am interested in cultural differences and how 'we' deal with it. Live in Amsterdam, the nr.1 city in the world and the best bicycle place!
