Karishma Ajmeri

Well, I’m currently working as a HR Manager at The Fastest Media Co , where I handle all the HR related activities, Plan, Direct, and Coordinate human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. Before that, I worked at an consultancy where I was working as a IT Recruiter. And while I really enjoyed the work that I did, I’d love the chance to dig in much deeper with one specific field.
