Karisma Shackelford is a global change agent, traveler, speaker influencer & entrepreneur.

In 2018, she started Color Me World, a travel, lifestyle and empowerment company inspired by her love for traveling the world and health issues she was able to reverse and passion to be a driving force in ending racism by uniting and empowering the human race.

At the age of 19, she co-created a successful start up business. Her love for helping others and solving tough problems, along with her knack for building communities on and offline has led her to become the driving force behind some of today’s largest thriving digital communities and the founder and creator of Color Me World.

Karisma’s work has been featured in Forbes Magazine, she was named a 2020 Changemaker by Business Insider Magazine for transforming the travel and hospitality industries through her work and she is the creator of the critically acclaimed digital event Moving Forward: An Anti-Racism Town Hall for the Travel Industry.

When Karisma is not traveling or running Color Me World, she is volunteering in the USA and in developing countries feeding the homeless, bringing clothes, learning tools & supplies to those in need and building bottle schools.
