In 2004 he created a network of tastemakers utilizing his a job as a Marketing Consultant for Knight Ridder working for the Philadelphia launch of Tribe.Net. Immediately thereafter Street Teams USA hired him to run the Philadelphia/South Jersey Market for a variety of campaigns for clients ranging from Nitendo to AXE.

At the same time B. Ware was working to finsh his studies at Temple University while transforming the student run radio station from a low power broadcast on campus to a modernized 24 hour internet based station in a state of the art production facility.]

After school he worked in office supply sales until he was offered the position of National Street Team Director for George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic. In the next few years he toured the country and was the catalyst for a series of succesful tours and sold out shows.

Upon his return to Philadelphia he hit the ground running with jobs in key roles of major projects by Fortune 500 Clients. For Verizon Fios, he was a key player in the marketing campaign that introduced Fios to Philadelphia neighborhoods by actually venturing into those neighborhoods to promote the service. For Adidas America he worked a special project to create special Adidas themed Foot Locker retail locations, and to the suprise of everyone, led Philadelphia in overtaking the sales records set by the LA store.

In 2010 he created the Android Plus Festival, the first truely multi-genre music festival in Philadelphia that did with independent artists what Jay-Z's Made In America festival did with mainstream artists the following year; created one environment for quality music of all kinds to be enjoyed by Philadelphians and visitors alike.

In addition to producing event such as the Playlist and Sirens: A Celebration of Women in Music, Ware brough Radio back into his portfolio in 2013 by producing On Air With Sir, an online radio show starring popular BET host Young Sir. This was quickly followed by the launch of a TV show, also produced by Ware.
