Growing up as a national competitive gymnast enabled me to build strength, mental toughness, and dedication to achieve the best results. I have a passion for health, fitness, dance, yoga, and aerial acrobatics.

With over ten years of experience as a Human Resources Professional, I take pride in delivering HR guidance and support that is aligned with business goals and objectives. During fluctuating industry conditions, I work closely with business owners and department leaders to manage people while balancing the interests of all parties. Using a combination of strategic vision and a people-focused perspective, my passion is ensuring the continued success of the organizations I represent.
