Your job is to help us find homes that are in distress. They may be either vacant or run down due to many circumstances: divorce, tax issues, financial distress, IRS problems, death, medical problems, out of state owners, tired landlords, house repairs needed but cannot afford, illness, etc. Your job is simply to forward these addresses to us and let us see if we can buy this house. If we do we will pay you up to $500 at closing, simply for findiing a house that is in distess. Simple as that!
