People probably know me best for my time as the Managing Director and Principal Analyst of Worldwide Software, at Gartner Group/Dataquest. At Gartner, I led a team of industry analysts responsible for market research and consulting to such industry leaders as Microsoft, IBM, Novell, Apple, Corel, Symantec and Autodesk.

With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, I've held senior management positions at Infosquare, Lotus Development, Whistle, OnCity, and Businessland. Additionally, I'm a co-author of "GroupWare: Technology and Applications" published by Prentice Hall (ISBN# 013-305194-3).
