A model, visionary, and service-driven Open Rover Crew of Nepal, operating under Nepal Scouts and aligned with the World Organization of the Scout Movement. Established on 2080-04-01 BS (Kathmandu, Bagmati Province), Karma Open Scout Crew is recognized for leadership excellence, community service, and youth empowerment. With over 60 active members, the crew sets a benchmark in structured governance, program innovation, and impact-oriented scouting. It is also A LEADING crew not only in nepal but also in WORLD SCOUTING.

Mission & Vision

Mission: To develop ethical, capable youth leaders through structured Rover scouting programs, promoting active community engagement, supporting national initiatives, and aligning with global development goals.

Vision: To establish Karma Open Scout Crew as a nationally benchmarked model for Open Rover Crews, a leadership development hub for youth, a service-driven organization impacting communities, and an internationally connected scouting institution.
