Welcome!

My name is Karolina and I was born in Gdańsk, Poland. I recently moved back to my home town from London and am looking for new opportunities in the area. I am still responsible for some activities in London such as co-ordinating Geek Girls Carrots events.

I have completed a two year Master degree in Economics, attaining a 1:1. My thesis topic was "Project Management overview. Analysis of own project - Implementation of Online Marketing tools in an example company ".

My interest in field of project management started almost two years ago and developed during my student exchange program Erasmus in HTW in Berlin. I think project management is an efficient method to manage every activity not only in the company but also in everyday life.

I am an enthusiastic learner and am broadening my knowledge of best practices in project management via coursea courses and professional literature.

I am well - organised person and I bring a range of ideas and solutions to every task I am responsible for. At the same time I'm interested in Online Marketing and E-commerce, as I acknowledge these two skills combined, are essential to improve a company’s performance.

I understand the communication, marketing and sales potential of Social Media, and in practice have created and operate the Facebook Page, Animal Shelter in Sopot to help support animal welfare.
