Karolina Kanios

Karolina is currently a 4th year Interior Design student at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She will be receiving her Bachelor shortly and is excited to start her career.
For the past 8 years she has been a committed and passionate coach at Flicka gymnastics. As an ex-gymnast, she wanted to keep in touch with that part of her life even though her life was moving in the direction of interior design.
Karolina has experience working with many different types of people, of all ages, both as a coach and as a design consultant at Ames Tile and Stone. She has a lively, but professional personality and has created long lasting relationships throughout the years.
The skills she has gained from the Interior Design program at the British Columbia Institute of technology include extensive AutoCAD 2D experience and some 3D AutoCAD, good hand rendering, sketching, Sketchup and Podium rendering, as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign. Karolina also has an interest in biomimicry and sustainability.
She is a positive, hard-working and committed junior interior designer and cannot wait to begin her life in the design industry.
