Karolos holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Athens University of Economics and Business. His research interests lie in the areas of sustainability and green marketing.

He has also studied Economics (B.A., 2006) and Marketing Management (M.Sc., 2007) at University of Central Lancashire, and Communications Management (M.A., 2009) at London Metropolitan University.

He worked at Hellenic Exchanges (Athens, Greece), Landmark Environmental (Manchester, UK) and APIVITA (Athens, Greece).

Today, he is Teaching Fellow at University of Athens.
