Karrie Baysinger

With over 21 years of management experience in the multi-family and commercial real estate industries in Texas, Karrie Baysinger has established a successful career as a real estate broker and property manager. She is the current Chief Executive Officer at Preston Management in Dallas, Texas. Preston Management is a professional management firm specializing in multi-family, senior living, and commercial properties. Karrie Baysinger and the rest of the staff at Preston management are dedicated to using their real estate knowledge to make a difference in property management through education, experience, management philosophy, and execution of client goals.

As Chief Executive Officer, Karrie Baysinger acts as the liaison to the property owners, providing communication with staff, residents, and vendors alike. Her management experience includes budget and financial report preparation, contract negotiations, property takeovers, due diligence, and operation management, among other things. Karrie is a licensed real estate instructor and broker. She has taught property management at a nationally recognized school.

Baysinger is also an author of a book entitled, Real World Real Estate: The Roadmap to Successful Investing. In the book, Karrie explains the steps she took on her journey to become a professional in the real estate industry, describing both her mistakes as well as her successes.

Karrie Baysinger attended the University of Texas where she graduated with a B.A. in Government and Business. She also received a Spanish degree from the University of Madrid in Spain.
