Being in the automotive field, I considered reducing my staff by 20%. Since I have no employees, I looked to myself; Well, I stepped on the scale and couldn't find 20% I could loose. I'll simply have to make do with what I've got. Thus, I expect to work through the recession as I am. (Though I admit it is tempting to put 20% less effort into my work.) :-)
