Karsten Binar

Hey, I’m Karsten. I’m an art director living in Berlin, Deutschland. I am a fan of design, arts, and music. I’m also interested in motion design, fashion and photography.

I have been specialising in Branding and Corporate Design for brands such as ARD/Das Erste, ARTE, RBB and WDR. Video and animation played an important part in my work, however, I work successfully and with passion across all areas of design, from the conceptual development through to the implementation of ideas, in print, on- and off-air, online, mobile & social media, display & signage, corporate architecture, corporate audio and product design.

I was fortunate enough to be able to combine my professional passion for motion design and artistic expression with my lifelong love of music during my collaboration (1999 – 2007) performing with Karl Bartos, former member of Kraftwerk.
