Karthik Rapaka

Karthik Rapaka is a Teach For India (TFI) 2012 - 2014 Fellow and he teaches full-time as a class teacher to 45 students at an affordable private school in the old city Karwan area of Hyderabad, India.
Karthik is also Co-founder and Program Director of a social-startup - CARE - Career Awareness and Readiness Exploration program for 30 low-income school students.
Prior to becoming a TFI fellow, Karthik helped solve challenging business problems for close to 5 years with over a Deloitte and a dozen Fortune 500 companies across industries doing strategic business advisory and implementing global human capital transformation projects.
Karthik completed his under-graduate and post-graduate degrees in engineering in the U.S from Rutgers University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign respectively. Additionally, he completed general management and leadership certificates from Stanford GSB and Harvard Business School respectively.
