Karthik Kittu is a social entrepreneur & change maker. In his other life he works as a Career Architect. Gifted with a high restlessness quotient he has dabbled in varied fields. He constantly tries to bring his interests in travel, photography, technology & psychology to impact societal change.

Karthik has 10+ Years of Experience having worked with many Fortune 100 Clients & for Infosys, Dimension-data & most recently KPMG before he decided to turn entrepreneur. He has served Rotaract, the Youth wing of Rotary International for 13 years and was most recently President of South Asia leading and mentoring about 50,000+ volunteers. He has delivered leadership lectures at many places in the world and also served as a cultural & Vocational Ambassador to USA as part of Rotary Foundation. He is a member of Data Security Council of India, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, USA and a Traffic Warden with Bangalore City Traffic Police. He also Is a Paul Harris Fellow & a Startingbloc Fellow and is now on the Startingbloc Fellows selection committee.

Karthik has been recognized by the Hon’ble Governor of Karnataka, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka for his social entrepreneurship projects & from the Hon’ble Governor of Odisha, Shri S C Jamir for his yeomen service to society. He also was awarded the ‘Service above Self’ Award (The highest honor given to a Rotaractor in Asia) from the Chairman of the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International and ‘Lead the Change’ award form the President of Rotary International for his self-less leadership & service.

He aims to create a new eco-system in helping an individual discover his/her passion and follow it.
