Karthik Selvaraj

Karthik is a problem-solver and a learner. An IT professional since 2007, he has solved a variety of business/technology problems in the areas of sales commission, shipping and order management for a global publishing giant. Karthik's technical specialties are in databases and data warehousing. He has also been part of implementing account-level programs in process improvement, innovation management and employee engagement.

As someone with a profound interest to volunteer and a drive to contribute his skills, Karthik successfully led IdeaLab (the student-led social enterprise incubator at Carnegie Mellon University) for a full semester in 2012. Over the past year, he has spent time helping small businesses with technology advice and young professionals with career advice.

Karthik's personal interests include reading on diverse topics, writing, and continuous learning.

Currently, Karthik is on the lookout for opportunities where he can contribute his industry exposure, skill set and interests to the growth of an organization. He has a strong aptitude and willingness to work in functions that combine creativity and problem-solving.
