Kartik Sengar, CPA

Born and raised in Toronto and have been residing in Toronto for the past 30 + years.

Completed my BCOMM from Ryerson University complimented with a CPA/CMA designation. Worked in the government industry for the past 12 years providing financial expertise such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost benefit analysis.

I have always had interest in real estate since I was involved with my personal investment properties and finally decided to pursue it as a career. I have teamed up with my father and combined we have over 35 years of experience in residential & investment properties working with Remax Realty Specialists Inc. I have also successfully passed the mortgage exam and now qualified to assist clients with their financing needs.

Founding Director of Not-for-profit organization called Indian Ball hockey Federation (IBHF). We promote kids to stay off the streets and away from trouble by being involved in ball hockey. We hold an annual tournament called the Indo Ontario Cup www.indoontariocup.com

I also have a passion for hockey, investments, and travelling.
