Karuna Rawal is currently the U.S. President and Chief Strategy Officer at Arc Worldwide, a Leo Burnett Group’s Brand Activation Agency. Prior, she was EVP, Business Director & Global Planning Lead for Arc Worldwide. She was the overall Business Lead of P&G North America for Arc including: shopper digital and e-commerce across 20 brands/teams including Tide, Olay, Pantene and Crest. In 2014, under her leadership, Arc was the most awarded agency at the 2014 Shopper Marketing Effies with three wins for P&G.

Karuna is an award winning strategist and marketing leader with an extensive track record ingrowing revenue and profit for diverse industries, including packaged goods, retail, non-profitand healthcare. She has diverse experience from traditional brand management at P&G tostrategy consulting to advertising strategy development at Leo Burnett/Arc. Karuna is a provenmotivator and team leader with exceptional strategic consulting, selling and communicationskills. Karuna was the lead strategist on the wildly successful P&G Always #Like A Girlcampaign, which won 14 Lions at Cannes Festival 2015. She has also been recognized in“Who’s Who in Shopper Marketing”.

Prior to joining Arc, she founded and managed her own consulting firm providing branding,strategy and innovation services to a wide range of industries and brands. Previously, Karunaspent over a decade in brand management at P&G working on brands such as Jif, Folgers andDuncan Hines.
