Steven Kashanian is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and the Managing Principal of Klosed Properties, a family-owned, vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm headquartered in New York. With over two decades of experience, Steven has built a reputation for identifying and revitalizing underperforming assets across New York City and beyond.

Steven's journey in real estate began after graduating from Baruch College in 2005. He started by working with his grandfather, buying and selling foreclosed homes in Queens and Brooklyn. In 2007, he founded Klosed Properties, initially focusing on brokering deals for local investors. Under his leadership, the company expanded into acquisitions, property management, and development, completing over 115 successful transactions and managing assets valued at more than $500 million

Steven's strategic foresight was evident during the COVID-19 pandemic, when Klosed Properties remained one of the most active buyers in New York City. As the market rebounded, the company capitalized on rising property values and rents, marking one of the most successful periods in its history .
