By day I am a content writer and editor for a large education-based website. Using a given set of standards and guidelines, I'm responsible for updating articles to reflect new changes. Sometimes articles need to be written from scratch.

I'm also a customer service specialist at a small, local, arts-based business called The Art Spot. Our current focus is our "Art, Soul & Poetry" events that merge visual arts, music, poetry and dance into one unforgettable experience for attendees.
As an employee with a small, local start up, my role often changes depending on needs, and I take on responsibilities, such as social media marketing, design work, event planning, business development, etc.
