Based in Varanasi (Banaras), the heart of India’s renowned silk-weaving tradition, I explore the artistry behind authentic Indian textiles and the stories woven into every thread. From the shine of pure silk and the richness of zari to intricate brocades, jacquards, katan, organza, tissue, kimkhab, tussar, and other specialty weaves, I’m fascinated by the diversity and craftsmanship of Banarasi textiles.

Through KashiFab, my focus is to connect the traditional world of Banaras with the evolving world of modern fashion and global textile commerce. I believe heritage fabrics should not remain limited to traditional occasions—they can become part of contemporary sarees, lehengas, bridal wear, designer outfits, kurtas, sherwanis, jackets, suits, dupattas, couture, and modern fashion collections.

I’m equally interested in the business side of textiles—helping boutiques, designers, retailers, wholesalers, fashion labels, and international buyers discover authentic fabrics from Varanasi.
