For the past 12 years, Chef Kashka Hughes has been working to sharpen and master his culinary skills. He is a proud graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School of Austin, Texas which he credits for his fundamental success in the culinary industry. His passion for cooking can be traced back to his childhood working in the kitchen with his grandmother to his military career while living in the Friuli Region of Italy. Chef Kashka credits his drive and ambition for his rapid ascension from Line Cook to Executive Sous Chef. Also, from the many teachers and mentors whom guided him during this journey.

While working in nationally recognized restaurants and clubs like Uchi/Uchiko and The Knickerbocker, he became known for his attention to details, strong work ethics, and menu creativity. With a refined and diverse palate from working with Japanese, Italian, and French Cuisine Chef Hughes found a magical way to marry many of the flavor profiles into his own unique cuisine. His four plus years in Italy made him a moderate professional when pairing wines with courses. The desire to create a memorable dining experience whether formal dining, banquet style, private dinner parties, or catering events are always executed in love.
