Hello!

I wanted to introduce myself! I teach first grade at Saint Anthony School. This is my third year and I cannot be more blessed to work with such wonderful people.

Here is some background information... I completed my undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts with a minor in linguistics at San Marcos State. I spent my last semester studying abroad in Denmark. While I was there I was fortunate to visit 12 countries. Following my undergraduate studies I transfered to Long Beach State where I completed my Teaching Credential. I completed my Masters in December through Concordia University Portland in Curriculum and Instruction with emphasis in Special Education (Inclusion).

Here's something extra...

Hobbies: I love to scrapbook and take pictures. I also enjoy going to the movies and taking walks around town. My absolute favorite thing are crafts. I love finding an idea or thinking up an idea and being able to see it come to life.

Sports: I enjoy many different sports. Growing up I played soccer and softball and I continue to play both in adult leagues. I also have recently taken on racquetball.

Animals: I have a dog named Rufus. He is a five year old half mastiff half boxer. He is the sweetest dog and I absolutely love him! Other animals that I love include cats and penguins. =)
