I am excited to be working with an excellent group of commercial real estate brokers who specialize in retail, office, industrial, multi-family and investment sales. My focus will be providing superior PR in support of company branding, design standards and business development by networking with local real estate non profits, charities & organizations.

I consider myself a marketing expert with a strong desire to develop, execute and manage marketing campaigns. Strong creative design skills with a creative portfolio that consists of print and web advertisements, brochures, website design and maintenance, invitations, postcards, property flyers, logos, aerials, site plans, press releases, social media, blogging, PR, event planning and basically any other creative project you can think of, i’ve done it or will figure out how to do it!

My primary role is the creation and management of creative marketing projects associated with the lease or sale of properties including brochures, graphics, aerials, maps, demographic analysis, site plans, tenant research, email blasts & tour books. I will focus on the creation of all advertising & event planning for local sponsored events.

From Portland, Oregon and began my commercial real estate career by obtain an Oregon Broker’s license in 2004. Moved to Arizona in 2006 and have spent the last several years learning all I can about the commercial real estate industry and how to market and brand my team of brokers, their properties and Sperry Van Ness.

Portland Community College Oregon Real Estate Broker License – 2003. Arizona School of Real Estate and Business – Arizona Salesperson License – 2007.
