I'm the daughter of a sociologist and histsorian -- raised to be curious, to ask the right questions and then listen closely.

Research is my passion: I surface important issues or themes and then help cross-functional teams connect the dots to identify real solutions.

I'm inspired by others who want to create empathy with their users for the purpose of creating better products/experiences. I'm inspired by the dedication I see in our teams at LinkedIn, and hope collectively, we can positively impact the experience of hundreds of millions of members ever day.

In off hours, I am: mother to a energized toddler, wife to an aerospace engineer, lover of science fiction/fantasy, and avid reader/doer of puzzles.
