Hi there! If you would like me to design a Personal Priesthood Lineage for someone you love, this is what you'll need to do:

First send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Requester's name: (include Maiden name)

Email address:

Relationship to individual:

Full name of Priesthood holder:

Birth date:

Record#:

Date of Ordination (Elder/High Priest/Etc):

*Side note: they may have multiple lines (if they were ordained and Elder by one person, and a High Priest (or another office) by another person) Usually you go with the line for the highest office.

Name of person performing ordination:

Whatever you don't know you can leave blank but fill out as much as you can. They will send the lineage back within a day or two, and you can pass the information on to me!

The only tricky part is finding pictures of anyone who isn't an apostle. I'll need you to send me those pics, but once I have the lineage and the pics, I can have it ready for you to pick up at your nearest Walmart within 24 hours!

I used a picture of the Sea of Galilee (I have been there) as the background but I can use something different if you would like! You can also choose a different quote if you would prefer!

I charge $20 per 8x10, and you will pay for the print when you pick it up from Wal-Mart (it is less than $3). You will also need to purchase your own frame, if desired. I accept payment through PayPal.
