Kassini

Named for a 17th Century astronomer, Kassini is an experimental rock band sprung out of the intercontinental collaboration between blues-rock singer and guitarist John Hogg and keyboardist and programmer/producer Shane Koss. Produced both in spontaneous live sessions and long-distance studio experiments, Kassini fuses raw and organic elements with psychedelic soundscapes and space jams. A passion project for Hogg, Koss, and a rotating cast of musicians who build out their vision to all-out rock blitz, Kassini explores the universe of undiscovered sounds, probing the sonic, lyrical and thematic depths of their classic pop and rock-influenced musical concepts.
