Jacqueline Kassteen has 20+ years of marketing experience in international education, student travel, publishing, lead generation, retail, and financial services. Globally minded, she has lived in eight countries and is known as a “top industry analyst” with extensive breadth and depth of knowledge in international education.

Jacqueline is the Owner and Managing Director of Transformative Marketing Solutions, which controls Jackfruit Marketing.

Via Jackfruit Marketing, Jackie works with clients around the world as a consultant and project manager specialising in student recruitment and retention strategies through the use of online and offline marketing techniques, social media, alumni, agency partners, and product development. She also specialises in brand development and management, as well as conducts competitive analysis and research.

Jackie also runs training sessions, interactive workshops and masterclasses to aid professional development. She is a regular plenary speaker and presenter at global industry events with audiences as large as 1500 people.
